Jayden Duplessis is the founder of NoLoveNorthern (NLN), an independent artist development and management company focused on creating opportunities for emerging talent across Atlantic Canada. He began his career in music at a young age as an independent recording artist before transitioning into the business side of the industry.

Through NLN, Duplessis works across artist management, marketing strategy, live events, and project development to help artists build sustainable careers. He currently co-manages Brett Matthews alongside Half-Life Records (Classified)and has overseen album campaigns for acclaimed artists such as Ashley MacIsaac.

His work in the industry has earned him two ECMA nominations for Artist Manager of the Year as well as a nomination for Music Nova Scotia’s Emerging Industry Professional of the Year. His focus remains on developing the next generation of artists and helping position Atlantic Canadian talent for national and international growth.
